SUMMER SESSION 2008 REGISTRATION

Overview:

• Summer school is available for students who need to recover credits in the courses listed on the registration form below.

• Cost: $25 per session payable on the first day of each session

• Dates and Times: Session 1: June 9-July 2 Session 2: July 8-31 All classes meet 8 a.m.-11a.m. (Participating students are permitted in the building at 7:40 a.m. and must leave by 11:30 a.m.)

• Because the program is performance-based, students can earn multiple credits per session (at no additional cost). Each student is pretested for current subject knowledge so that only deficient concepts are remediated.

• If a student does not take advantage of this opportunity, they may not be eligible to retake the course during the regular school year. This opportunity to recover credits is essential to student success in achieving a high school diploma within a four year period.

• There will be no bus service.
